1. This is the privacy policy of Real Shows and Events (Registered to Woodside, New Lane, Sutton Green, Guildford, Surrey, GU4 7QF (“we/us/our”). We treat very seriously the privacy of personal information regarding our customers and others who use this Website and wish to give you every assurance that all proper measures are taken to ensure the treatment of your information in accordance with relevant data protection legislation (inclusive of the Data Protection Act 1998 (“DPA”) and any subsidiary legislation under the DPA which applies in the United Kingdom).
2. Definitions used in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings set out in our Terms and Conditions. We may change the terms of this Privacy Policy, but if we do, we shall post the changes on this page or elsewhere on the Website. Your continued use of the Website to order entries will signify your acceptance of any changes made.
3. When you order entries from the Website, we need to know your name and address, email address, telephone number, credit or debit card details (including expiry date) and any relevant Horse Registration and Rider Membership numbers. We use this information to process your order.

We shall never store any financial information.
6. We shall use best practice technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of Personal Information held by us. Due to the nature of the technology, we cannot however offer you guaranteed security of information.
7. We may retain your Personal Information in the event that you wish to contact us at any time in relation to any entry that you have ordered from the Website. If you wish to opt-out from the foregoing, please indicate your intention to opt-out at the time of ordering an entry on the contact details section or please email us at info@real-shows.co.uk. In any event, we shall not hold your Personal Information for longer than 2 years from the date of your last order.
8. We would like to send you details of new Products or services that may be of interest to you by email or post. We may also want to ask you for feedback and comments on our Service. In accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (“Regulations”), you may indicate your refusal at any time to receive further communications of this nature from us.
